SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER | 2019 - PRESENT

• Adopted and updated current brand colours and logo to create brand guidelines suitable for target audience.

• Worked with Development & eCommerce team to improve website design and usability, incorporating UX and UI principles.

• Designed various marketing materials including web banners, email newsletters, social media content, internal posters, handbooks, uniforms, and showroom POS.

• Expanded role to include email marketing using Mailchimp and Klaviyo, most recently driving 22% of the company's overall website revenue through these campaigns (Last 90 days, feb 2023).

• Grew email marketing revenue contribution by +400% YoY.

• Revenue YTT (Oct 22) is currently running at over +405% when compared to the same period last year.

• Implemented and designed automated campaigns, such as Cart Abandonment, which surpass industry benchmarks with an open rate of over 60% and click-through rate of over 20% in the UK retail sector. Cart Abandonment emails now contribute 23% of email revenue.

• Designed a welcome series and built a fully-fledged email marketing workflow for each stage of the marketing funnel.

• Improved overall revenue by increasing OR% from 9% to 47-58% and CR% from 0.04 to 2.9% for ad-hoc campaign sends.

• Onboarded new website software Zmags – which allows me to create dynamic web pages and content blocks which can be used to increase engagement and interaction on-site.

• Created a Buyers’ Guide dynamic page which was featured in Zmags’ own Best Website Use Cases Webinar and currently has the highest Page Value of the entire website.

EMAIL

Over the last 14 months, alongside my role as graphic designer, I have been given the role of email marketing lead. I am responsible for planning, designing, and building all of our ad-hoc and automated emails campaigns. I have improved overall email revenue, recently driving 22% of the company’s overall website revenue through campaigns. Alongside increasing OR% from 9% to 47-58% and CR% from 0.4% to 2.9%. WEB DESIGN

Using Zmags I have designed and built various dynamic web pages and content blocks which have been used to increase engagement and interaction on-site. One of the pages, a Buyers’ Guide dynamic page, was featured in Zmags’ own Best Website Use Cases Webinar and currently has one of the highest page values of the entire website.

PROMO DESIGNS

Each month we run a new promotional campaign with various offers and messaging. Each theme would be spread across various areas including homepage, landing pages, thumbnails, mobile elements, affiliate banners, emails, social ads and posts etc.
